Story Universe

Set in the Modern Day in North America

The story presupposes a cooperative group of Wizards called The Collective led by Prime Wizard and Thirteen

They are protected and served by their Praetorian Guard and its leading warrior wizard, Dragon Mage, Douglas Carlyle.

Dragon Mage has the mind reading and control powers of a spark with telekinesis, teleportaion, and other unspecified wizrd powers. In addition Carlyle is a student of Oriental martial arts, weapons, and medition as well as modern markmenship.

The Collective are not the only or even the most powerful of wizards and sparks. Other wizards and groups exist. Nor should we assume that all within The Collective are completely friendly or working toward the same goals.

The goal for all however seems to be to do as little as possible to create knowledge of their actions or of magic among the non-magical
